Keep in mind that your video should stay around two minutes.

1. Click on FILE > EXPORT

2. Choose TO QUICKTIME from the Export drop-down list.

3. Choose WEB from the Format drop-down list.

4. Click EXPORT

5. Type a name for the movie in the SAVE AS field (IE: your_video.mov)

6. Click on the double blue arrows next to the Where box and choose your USB memory stick.

*THE WHERE field may actually say UNTITLED. It depends on whether or not you named your memory stick.*

7. Click SAVE

8. Once you have exported the movie to the USB memory stick, you will have a file called whatever you name it.mov

IE. interview.mov

Now you can take your memory stick to any computer that has access to the Internet and via a Web browser, upload your video.
