1. Double-click your QuickTime movie

2. Drag the movie’s progress bar to find a frame that you like

3. Click EDIT, COPY

4. Open Photoshop, Click on FILE, NEW

5. Click OK

6. Click EDIT, PASTE.

7. The still you copied will now appear in the document window.

8. Click FILE, SAVE FOR WEB

9. Browse to your USB memory stick

10. Double-click on your memory stick

11. Change the FORMAT to JPEG and name the image (one word, lowercase)

12. Click SAVE

13. Click OK to accept the default JPEG options
